Lisa Degitz, MBA

Lisa Degitz is dedicated to helping others grow and succeed, bringing over 30 years of experience in business development, Human Resources, and operations, with the last 15 years focused in the healthcare industry.  As Chief Operating Officer at Stratify Management Solutions, Lisa leads all aspects of Human Resources, RCM, and operations, and is also passionate about building meaningful relationships that help healthcare organizations thrive.

Her commitment to servant leadership has helped businesses develop strong teams and foster effective leadership through coaching, mentoring, and training.  She holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and marketing, and most recently, she completed the Human Resource Management Program through Duke University (go Blue Devils!).

Lisa is a lifelong learner, a natural encourager, and someone who believes that growth doesn’t stop when the workday ends.  Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren and unwinding on the golf course, where she swears, she’s just one swing away from greatness… and also maybe one lost ball away from retiring her clubs.
